Please note: The remote control needs to be paired with your Hearing Aids once. You can do this easily:
Turn off your Hearing Aids at the battery compartments. Then turn them back on. The devices will now go into pairing mode for 3 minutes. Put the Hearing Aids back in place. Turn on the remote control and hold it near the Hearing Aids, preferably directly in front of your chin. Press and hold the + and - buttons simultaneously for a few seconds. A beep will sound in the Hearing Aids, confirming that the pairing has worked.
