Phonak ComPilot + hearing aid = Bluetooth
Do you want to Skype or participate in a Zoom conference? Talk on the phone with friends around the world? Watch TV without anyone complaining about the volume? Talk on your cell phone in a crowded shopping mall? Staying on course when the sat nav says "turn left"? Using your hearing aids as a headset?
Everything is possible!
Via Bluetooth you transmit the conversation in best sound quality to your hearing aids.
The ComPilot is the interface between Bluetooth enabled audio sources and your Phonak hearing aids. The streamer is simply worn around the neck like a necklace. There it receives the respective Bluetooth signal, converts it and transmits it directly to your hearing aids.
Phonak ComPilot II is suitable for these hearing aid models:
- Phonak Belong B (Audó B - Audéo B-R - Bolero B - Virto B - Naída B - Sky B)
- Phonak Venture V (Audéo V - Bolero V - Virto V - Naída V - Sky V)
ComPilot and your cell phone:
Pair the streamer once with your smartphone. It then receives the signals from the cell phone and forwards them to the hearing instruments, just like a headset.
This means that when you receive a call via your cell phone, a special tone in your hearing aids announces the call. You can answer it by pressing a button on the streamer and hear the caller through your hearing aids. The ComPilot's built-in microphone replaces the telephone Receiver, giving you a hands-free experience.
But the Phonak ComPilot is not just for use with phones:
It also connects your Phonak hearing aids to other Bluetooth devices, such as your laptop, tablet, MP3 player or GPS systems.
ComPilot and different audio sources:
If your TV or stereo is not Bluetooth enabled, you can use the Phonak TVLink II.
ComPilot as a remote control for your hearing instruments:
The remote control allows you to select the programs stored in your hearing instruments, as well as adjust the volume of your hearing instruments. In addition, the audio streamer informs you about the system status through various messages. For example, you will receive a notification when the batteries in your hearing instruments are running low. Or, if you receive a call and the number of the caller is stored in your cell phone, ComPilot will tell you the name of the caller even before the call is answered.
