The MiniFit Domes from Oticon for MiniFit Receivers and MiniFit tubing from Oticon.
 
The Oticon Domes provide a good fit in the ear canal while protecting the Receiver or the sound outlet of the thin tube from penetrating skin particles. A small arch above the sound outlet prevents the penetration of Earwax particularly effectively. The soft, clear lamellae fit the ear canal very well and small holes in the Dome provide good ventilation of the ear.
 
You can choose between different sizes and designs:
 
Open Dome: (6, 8 and 10 mm diameter)
These domes have large ventilation holes in the domes wall and are used when the most open supply is desired. The sound is very natural and the wearing comfort is significantly improved.
 
Closed Domes: with a single or double event: (6, 8, 10 and 12 mm diameter)
The closed dome has one or two small openings and is used when a little more volume is needed and the system tends to whistle slightly.
 
PowerDome: (6, 8, 10 and 12 mm diameter)
The PowerDome has 2 closed Domes that sit directly behind each other for an even better seal.
 
Please note that as the size of the Dome changes, so do the sound characteristics of the device. For example, the sound will be brighter with a small Dome than with a larger Dome. Try it out to see which sound and fit is most comfortable for you.
 
And here's how:
To change the small dome, simply pull it off the Receiver or sound tube and put the new one on in the same place. Done.
The Domes should be replaced when they become discolored or the Dome wall has cracked or hardened. We recommend regular replacement about every 6 to 8 weeks.
