The carrying cord for your Oticon Streamer Pro is easy to replace yourself due to its plug connection. When it wears out, you simply replace the antenna yourself.

Hidden in the neck strap is a loop that converts the streamer signal into an inductive signal that can be received by your Hearing Aids.
